Apology and report regarding the shipping date of "Memory of Oath" illustration-related products

Regarding the following products, for which reservations began on this site from 18:00 on August 4, 2020, an incident occurred where some customers who paid on the same day were shipped the same day, even though their release date was scheduled for late September.
We sincerely apologize and would like to inform you of the circumstances.

  • 100 Sleeping Princes & the Kingdom of Dreams 5th Anniversary “Memory of Vow” Illustration Acrylic Stand Ver.3

Background

Regarding products in the same series, we decided on the uniform number of each version to be produced before the rollout, and as soon as the illustrations were completed, we placed an order with the manufacturer and proceeded with production.
However, thankfully, when we started pre-ordering Ver. 2, we received reservations for the production quantity within minutes, so we hastily decided to double the production quantity for Ver. 2 and later products, and have been proceeding with additional production.
Regarding this Ver.3, the products for the first order were already in the store, but since the additional production was expected to be completed in mid-September 2020, we have started pre-orders for shipping in late September.
At this point, there was an error in registering the release date in the system, and some customers who completed payment at the same time as their reservations had their products shipped.
We have received confirmation from several customers who noticed the shipping email that was sent at the same time as shipping, and the incorrect delivery was discovered.
At this point, we first contacted customers whose shipping had been completed and asked them to refrain from posting on social media until the release date in late September, for the sake of other customers' enjoyment.
In response, we received a message from a customer saying, ``Due to the nature of the blind product, we would like to begin trading as soon as possible.''
What you are saying is completely understandable, and we apologize once again for causing you such inconvenience and anxiety, even though you were looking forward to your purchase.
We are very sorry.

Regarding future measures

■About the same series Ver.2

We were informed that the items would be shipped from mid-August, but we will be shipping them sequentially between August 11th and 12th. Please note that we are unable to provide specific information regarding the arrival date as it will vary depending on your address.
We would like to once again apologize for the delay in shipping due to the impact of the coronavirus infection, which forced us to limit the number of people working at our manufacturing plants, and for the fact that shipping was delayed compared to Ver.3. We are very sorry.

■About Ver.3

We apologize for the inconvenience, but we have currently closed the reservation cart.
When we reopen the cart on August 31st, we will switch from "reservation" sales to "regular" sales.
For products for customers who have already made reservations and paid for the products, we will ship them one by one as long as they are in stock, and those currently in production will be shipped one after another from August 27th to 28th.
For customers whose order will be shipped after the 27th, we will notify you via email by August 7th. Of course, there will be no cancellation fee for cancellations due to the arrival date, so please refer to the deadline and refund form provided in the email and complete the procedure. We apologize for the inconvenience.

About the future

In response to this error, we will thoroughly review the progress system for the release of Ver. 4 and later. Therefore, we apologize for the inconvenience that it may take some time before sales begin.
