Product not delivered

I want to change the order details
Once your order is complete, you cannot change the details. Thank you for your understanding.
I want to cancel my order
Please note that as a general rule, we cannot accept cancellations after orders have been confirmed, returns or exchanges after they have been shipped due to customer circumstances.
Returns and exchanges due to initial defects will only be accepted within 7 days after receiving the product. Shipping costs for exchanging defective items will be borne by our store.
I received an order cancellation email even though I didn't intend to cancel it.
If you select "Convenience store payment" as your payment method, your order will be automatically canceled once the payment deadline has passed.
Please note that the payment deadline for "convenience store payment" is within 2 days after placing your order.

In addition, if it appears that the shipping address is incorrect before the product is shipped, we will contact you to confirm the shipping address to your registered email address. If we do not receive a response within 3 weeks after completing your order, we will cancel your order. Please be careful.
I want to change my shipping address
Please use the inquiry form to inform us of both the "address you entered when placing your order" and the "address you wish to change to."
Please note that we are unable to make changes to orders that have already been shipped, or orders that are in the process of being shipped at the time we contact you even before shipping. After shipping, please contact Yamato Transport to change your order.

I want to change my payment method
You cannot change your payment method after completing your order.
I want to know when my credit card will be charged
Regardless of whether it is a pre-order item or a standard item, payment to our store will be confirmed at the time of ordering and will be billed to your credit card company.
Please note that the credit card closing date and withdrawal date (payment date) vary depending on the card company.

The product I received had an initial defect.
Returns and exchanges due to initial defects will only be accepted by customers who contact us within 7 days including the date of product arrival.

The shipped item was returned
