[Backstory]
We are planning to ship all products in the same series in mid-December (December 15th), and have been proceeding with product sales, arrival at warehouses, and preparations for shipping.
However, on December 9th, during the shipping process at the warehouse, some of the prepackaged products in storage were included in the shipment, and pre-ordered products ordered by some customers were shipped.
This time, we received many inquiries about the large difference in the shipping time of the product, and it was discovered that the product was delivered incorrectly.
