About shipping the product
We will ship via Yamato Transport's courier service or Nekoposu.
*Shipping method varies depending on the order details. Please note that customers cannot select the shipping method.
If the item is in stock, it will be shipped within 3 business days from the day after your order.
*If you pay for pre-ordered items and regular stock items at the same time, they will be shipped together on the delivery date of the pre-ordered items.

Regarding cancellations, returns, and exchanges
