About Shipping Fees

  • Courier Service: 800 yen (tax included)
  • Mail Service: 500 yen (tax included)

The shipping fee is the same nationwide.

You can choose from the following payment methods:

  • Mobile (QR code) Payments: PayPay, LINE Pay, Merpay, d-barai, auPay
    These are electronic payment methods using QR codes or dedicated apps.
  • Post-payment Paidy
    Paidy allows you to pay for your purchases in one lump sum at a convenience store or bank in the following month.

<About Mobile (QR code) Payments>

Registration with PayPay, LINE Pay, Merpay, d-barai, and auPay is required in advance.
After transitioning to the mobile payment app, please complete the payment process within the following time limits:
・PayPay: within 5 minutes
・LINE Pay: within 20 minutes
・Merpay: within 20 minutes
・d-barai: within 60 minutes
・auPay: within 5 minutes

<About Convenience Store Payments>

An additional 190 yen handling fee is required.
Please complete the payment at your specified convenience store within two days after placing the order. Please note that the product will only be shipped after payment is confirmed. If payment is not made within the specified time, the order will be canceled.
Also, payment-related emails for convenience store payments will be sent from komoju.com, so please make sure to configure your mobile carrier email to allow receipt of emails from this domain.

How to Make a Convenience Store Payment
(1) The payment number will be displayed on the screen after selecting the convenience store during the order process.
(2) After the order is completed, an email with the payment number will be automatically sent from @komoju.com.

Important Notes Regarding Convenience Store Payments
Due to email settings or mobile carrier restrictions, you may not receive the email with the payment number. Please be sure to take a screenshot of the “Payment Number” screen displayed after selecting the convenience store and save it.

Shipping of Products

Products will be shipped via Yamato Transport’s Courier Service, Nekopos, or Kuroneko Yu-Packet.
※The shipping method will depend on your order contents. You cannot select the shipping method, so please be aware of this in advance.
※For mail service, delivery may take longer.

If items are in stock, they will be shipped within 1 to 3 business days after your order.
For pre-order items, they will be shipped within 1 to 3 business days after the release date.

※If you check out with both pre-order and regular stock items, they will be shipped together on the delivery date of the pre-order item.
※We do not ship on weekends and holidays.
※During campaigns, long holidays, or after the release of new products, shipping may take longer than usual due to high volume.
※We do not offer international shipping.

Cancellations, Returns, and Exchanges

As a general rule, we do not accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges after the order has been confirmed or after shipment due to customer convenience. However, returns or exchanges due to initial defects, shortages, or wrong items will be accepted if requested within 7 days, including the delivery date. We will cover the shipping costs for exchanging defective items.

If the product is returned to us after shipment because the customer did not receive it, we will cancel the order and issue a refund. Please note that if you paid via convenience store payment, the refund will be made via bank transfer, and the convenience store payment fee will not be refunded.

If you wish to return or exchange an item, please be sure to contact us in advance through our contact form. If the product is returned without prior notice, we will not accept the return or exchange. Thank you for your understanding.

If there is an issue with the shipping address before the product is shipped, we will contact you via the email address you provided. If we do not receive a response within three weeks after the order is completed, we will cancel the order.
If payment has been made via convenience store, the refund will be processed via bank transfer, and the convenience store payment fee will not be refunded. We will send you an email to confirm the bank account details for the refund, so please respond within six months. In some cases, even if you used a payment method other than convenience store payment, the refund may still be processed via bank transfer. Thank you for your understanding.
