Commerce Media Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") has established the "GCRESTORE Terms of Use" (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms"), which outline the terms and conditions for using the service operated under the name "GCRESTORE" (hereinafter referred to as "the Service"). These Terms are agreed upon between customers using the Service (hereinafter referred to as "Customers") and the Company.
Customers must comply with these Terms when using the Service.
Article 1: Agreement to the Terms
- Customers shall provide valid and irrevocable consent to these Terms (including related policies such as the privacy policy), and by starting to use the Service, Customers are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.
- If a Customer is a minor, they must obtain consent from a legal guardian or equivalent authority before using the Service. By starting to use the Service, the Customer is deemed to have obtained consent from their legal guardian.
- If any part of these Terms is deemed invalid by law, the remaining provisions will continue to be valid, and Customers’ agreement to the remaining provisions will remain effective.
- The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time as necessary. If Customers continue to use the Service after modifications, they are deemed to have agreed to the updated Terms.
Article 2: Use of the Service
- Customers must provide accurate information when entering or registering necessary details for using the Service. The Company is not liable for any damages or disadvantages caused by errors in the information provided. If the Company determines that any of the following applies, it may take necessary actions such as suspending part or all of the Service or canceling a sales contract without prior notice:
(1) If the information provided contains errors and contact cannot be made.
(2) If the Customer is involved with or has close ties to antisocial forces.
(3) If the Customer is insolvent or involved in bankruptcy or other insolvency proceedings.
(4) If the Customer has previously violated these Terms and had their use of the Service suspended.
(5) If the Customer lacks legal capacity to engage in transactions.
(6) If the Company receives a request to suspend the Customer’s use of the Service from a payment processor. - Customers are responsible for preparing the necessary communication environment and devices to use the Service and bear all costs. The Company is not responsible for any issues arising from this.
- The Service is provided at the Customer's own judgment, responsibility, and cost.
Article 3: Purchase and Payment for Products
- A sales contract is concluded when the Company records the contents of the purchase application received from the Customer via the internet and sends a notification of acceptance. The Company is not liable for any damages or disadvantages caused by failure to record the application.
- Purchases cannot be canceled or rescinded after the sales contract is concluded.
- The Customer must pay for the products by the deadline set by the Company. If payment is not made by the deadline, the Company may cancel the sales contract.
Article 4: Shipping, Returns, and Refunds
- The Company will ship the products to the address entered by the Customer within Japan using a partner delivery company. For digital goods, delivery will be made by sending the items to a designated address or by allowing the Customer to download them from the Company’s website.
- Shipping fees will generally be borne by the Customer unless otherwise specified on the individual product pages.
- Returns are only accepted if the product is defective or differs from the product ordered. Returns cannot be made in the following cases:
(1) More than seven days have passed since the product’s arrival.
(2) The product, tag, or packaging is lost, damaged, or soiled.
(3) The Company deems that the purchase was made with the intent to return.
Article 5: Prohibited Conduct
- Customers are prohibited from engaging in the following actions when using the Service:
(1) Violating these Terms or laws.
(2) Providing false registration details or allowing third parties to use their account.
(3) Purchasing products for resale purposes.
(4) Engaging in conduct that disrupts public order or good morals.
(5) Infringing on the rights of third parties or defaming the Company. - If the Company determines that a Customer has engaged in prohibited conduct, it may suspend the Customer’s use of the Service without prior notice. The Company is not liable for any damages or disadvantages caused by such suspension.
Article 6: Handling of Information
- The Company will handle personal information in accordance with the privacy policy.
- The Company may disclose customer information to payment processors or investigative authorities when necessary for investigating fraudulent use or criminal activities.
Article 7: Disclaimer
- The Company does not guarantee the safety, reliability, accuracy, completeness, or suitability of the Service for specific purposes.
- Even if the limitation of liability is restricted by the Consumer Contract Act, the Company’s liability for damages caused by the Company’s fault will be limited to the price of the product or 10,000 yen, whichever is lower.
Article 8: Communication
- If the Company needs to notify or contact the Customer, it will do so by a method deemed appropriate by the Company.

Article 9: Governing Law and Jurisdiction
- These Terms are governed by Japanese law.
- Any disputes between the Company and the Customer will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court or Tokyo Summary Court.
